I have 25+ years’ experience in business/client development, working in field and inside sales, sales development strategies, and I’ve made literally tens of thousands of strategic cold calls and have sent nearly as many B2B emails.
I work with clients to assess challenges, design and develop sales programs, implement them through working closely with sales teams and in individual coaching, and evaluate and adjust campaigns by monitoring responses, click-throughs, and email replies.
I’m a writer and the co-author of Surviving the Boomer Exodus: Capturing Knowledge for Gen X and Y, the book that helps businesses analyze whether significant numbers of skilled, experienced workers could leave the workplace and take with them years of mission critical knowledge.
I speak and present workshops on workforce dynamics, sales and selling strategies, and specifically on phone and email techniques.
